Logistics & SCM
The construction of overhead line and high-voltage systems requires optimal coordination of the entire logistics chain. Rhevolec focuses on accurate and just-in-time on-site delivery of materials, enabling the construction process to run efficiently and within minimal site space.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, all goods are thoroughly checked for quality (compliance with specifications/drawings, condition, and any damage) and for correct quantities. Products are then sorted and prepared for storage or transport. All materials are registered in our ERP system. Our Supply Chain Management (SCM) services also include:
Assembly
Rhevolec offers the possibility to assemble ordered materials — including your own or third-party components — into subassemblies or finished products. Assembly is carried out jointly based on your or our drawings and work methods. Ideal if you lack time or space, or if you want assembly performed under controlled conditions with quality assurance. Based on our experience, the following advantages apply:
- Guaranteed compatibility of all delivered parts;
- Part of the installation work is already done;
- Assembly in controlled environments with quality checks;
- Reduces on-site labor (often outdoor or in trenches);
- Our expertise helps detect issues before they arise in the field;
- Labor cost savings due to reduced installation time.
Have specific assembly needs? Let us know — we’ll explore the possibilities together.
Kitting
If you don’t have the time to sort and select the right products from multiple deliveries, pack them together, label them, and deliver them, Rhevolec offers to take care of this entire process for you.
This process, also known as ‘kitting’, ensures that all products required — for example, to assemble an insulator string or a side-arm — are packaged as one complete set and delivered to the installation site with the correct labels. For more information, feel free to contact us.
Field Stock Location
To support your projects, Rhevolec can coordinate and streamline the material flow at your construction site. Through our Field Stock Location concept, Rhevolec supplies a fully equipped container — including all required materials or assemblies (optionally with a workbench) — directly to your project location. If additional materials are needed, these can be replenished directly on-site in the container. For more information, please ask about the possibilities.

Reverse Logistics
The reverse logistics flow begins at the end user and ends when the products are returned to the manufacturer.

Reverse Logistics
Our goal with Reverse Logistics is to reuse and/or properly recycle products as much as possible, thereby minimizing the environmental impact of our deliveries (our ambition is to reduce it to zero). The reverse logistics flow starts at the end user and ends when the products are returned to the manufacturer. Rhevolec offers the following Reverse Logistics services:
Products
- Tracking, locating, and collecting goods from the customer (this includes, for example, returning products replaced during a project or surplus new products not used during construction);
- Quality inspection of returned goods;
- Reuse or restocking of materials;
- Repairing, refurbishing, and cleaning—always according to applicable standards and the quality requirements of end users/operators;
- Recycling or safe disposal.
Packaging
- Tracking, locating, and collecting empty packaging (crates) from the customer;
- Quality inspection of returned packaging;
- Sorting and reusing where possible;
- Repairing, refurbishing, and cleaning used packaging;
